Why is it so hard to stick to a diet?? Why is it so hard to stay motivated and not give up? Its soooo hard to resist that cheeseburger and fries :( When i eat it, i think about how i will burn it off later but then when later comes, i look at all these motivation pictures and i regret the first bite i took. It sucks but i guess just gotta keep a healthy mindset and keep working out.
