Do it for every time you cried over your body. Do it for every time you hated what you saw in the mirror. Do it for the fit body and the double-takes. Do it for yourself. Lose that weight♥

It sucks.

         It sucks giving it your all and working out soo hard to be fit and looking great until lunch or dinner comes around, you pig out, and its like all that work out, sweat, and sore muscles were for nothing. I want to give up so bad but i wont ever quit. So today was a set back, that doesn’t mean tomorrow has to be too. I just need to have a picture to motivate me and work twice as hard. I wont ever give up.
