well you lose weight if you burn more calories than you eat so i usually eat a fruit in the morning so an orange or apple or banana, then i work so i kinda get a work out doing that for a few hours, then for lunch i eat a salad or more fruit, and dinner i eat whatever i want but make sure its small and i dont get too full. and i do crunches wall sits and planks before i go to bed. :) if i keep doing that, i usually can lose a pound a day or about half a pound but its really hard to always eat so little :/
