I used to weight 100 pounds when i was in high school because ive been in sports my whole life and dance and i was always fit even though i ate 24/7 because my metabolism was fast. but ever since i got out of high school (3 years ago), my metabolism got really slow and i gained alot because im not as active. My goal is to go back down to my original weight the healthy active way. Everyones bodies are different so my 116 can look super skinny to a girl who was originally big or it can look big to a girl who was originally skinny. I know that muscle weights more than fat so thats why im trying to just tone my body up.
To me, weight loss IS confidence. Ive always been self conscious about my body because i was always ridiculed by my family and have always been called fat while being forced to eat mcdonalds by my parents. But knowing that i can stay motivated and reach my goal by going back to the gym, running everyday, eating alot of veggies and no sweets will make me feel good about myself.
I am Me. I know what is healthy and what is not, starving is not the way to do it because ive been there done that and all its ever done is get me bigger. I just want to show everyone and myself that i can be another person who isnt lazy and can stay motivated and reach my goal instead of always just wishing and dreaming.
